I think it's 1-7 after Green Bay beat Miami last night. Valpo's leading rebounder and second leading scorer, Cory Johnson, didn't play in their game last Thursday. No word on their official site or message board as to whether he'll be available tomorrow. He was in a boot for an ankle sprain and plantar faciitis (sp?).

I dont know about Kellogg, but I did see Ricardo Johnson go into the locker room during the second half. Also, not sure if anyone else noticed but Nick had some pretty bad mental lapses and TOs early in the game. I agree that tonight was one of those games where having Bassett OR Coleman Or Kinney or any combination of the three would have given DJ some much needed help. One of the freshman have to really step up. It took DJ some time to finally figure it out, it will be the same for these guys. Hopefully they get it sooner than later. That said, one nice thing I am noticing about this team is that we really are not relying on one or two key players. They are important, but this team doesnt need a 20+ scoring machine every night. There will be nights when DJ puts up 20. There will be nights that any one of these guys drops 20, but I like the idea of having 6 guys in double digits scoring on a night. I'll take it and I'll take the W!
