I disagree. We are bad. It's a combo of not enough talent (lack at key positions), poor scheme on offense, and poor execution and scheme on defense. These lacks leave us unable to do what it takes. So, the lack of killer instinct is rooted in the ability to get it done. (Kinda this: you can't kill if you don't have the weapon.) Season's not over--but we need some dramatic change. Maybe there's some help on the bench. Worth trying as what we're going with now isn't doing it.
I never thought of this but it's a perfect explanation of the team. I have seen them battle back and just like they run out of steam or something. If they can find that inspiration to put away the game, then we will start seeing some wins. Someone needs to step up on the court and take over the leadership. I don't care who it is now. If the seniors won't do it, then Cooper or Baltic or Kellogg or whomever. It was said that last Saturday when OSU was down 8 points against Illinois, Sullinger was telling his team not to worry, that they had this game. Why can't we find someone on the team to do the same exact thing? Step up and take the role!!! JG can only do it from the sidelines, he can't do it on the court, in the middle of the battle. Just someone, please step up!!!!
