Looks like they re-deisgned the NCAA March Madness On Demand.  Its free to watch online.  There's going to be an IPhone/IPad app, but no mention of oone for Android.

I think MMOD had an iApp last year, but for pay -- this year I've seen mention that it will be free.

This redo is part of the new tournament TV contract with CBS/Turner, in which online is now being handled by Turner.  If you didn't notice this fall, ncaa.com got quite a refresh, as Turner is now operating the site instead of CBS.
