I've been trying to find the DeVaughn dunk from the GT/OU game on youtube for the last hour and I can't do so.  Can one of my fellow Bobcats help me out.

This March Madness thing has pushed me to relive the fun.

Was doing the same when I saw Zach Novak drop 3 on Tenn and take a charge. Pearl has got to be tired of running smack dab into Indiana kids that bury 3's and take away cutting lanes.

Is that the greatest dunk in the history of Ohio basketball? (I do not mean in degree of difficulty.)

And the crazy part is, while youtubing and googling to find it, there were a ton of big moments where he and Freeman were critical parts in our wins or having huge plays for the program.

Absolutely IMO.  I'm sure someone will come up with some that are close but the only ones that I can remember are Flomo's dunk at UNC and Gary Trent in OT against New Mexico State in the finals of the Preseason NIT.  Devo's was so big and much more important.

I remember being in 8th grade watching that UNC/Ohio game on ESPN 2.  UNC had made a huge run to get back in that game, and had all of the momentum.  I was beyond nervous thinking that we had blown that game.  After UNC made another basket, the ball was inbounded to Brandon Hunter, who motioned everyone else to go.  He wanted no one else taking the ball up court.  He took it up to the three point line, then drove.  The heels collapsed, and he dished it to a wide open Patrick Flomo, who threw it down as hard as he could.  The Dean Dome was silenced.  My Dad (Ohio Alum) and I were at my house in NE ohio going nuts.  That was one of the most memorable plays that I can think of.    Glad you brought that up!

I peaked over at their board earlier today, there's a nervousness in some of their remarks that indicates a green cloud still lingers slightly in Hoya land.

I sure hope they show last year's OU-Gtown highlights during the Gtown game tonight...

I picked the Whoyas to get to Sweet 16 this year, primarily because they'll remember the Green Barrage from last year.

I understand that John Thompson III bought a Basset hound over the off-season.

Does anyone have access to a dvd of this game because I'd love to get a copy.  I was in Providence that night and I have yet to see the broadcast of the game.  If anyone can help me out, let me know.

Thanks

BREAKING: Georgetown to petition NCAA to allow them to choose  first-round dance opponent in 2012.

Their choice?

Ah, yes.  It was worth the wait.

G'town fans gotta be wondering how long JTIII can continue to ride his dad's coattails.  Don't win a game the last three weeks of the regular season; get bounced from the BE tourney in the first round; get completely embarrassed two straight years in the NCAA first game by mid-major opponents; and get totally out-hustled by a team that played two nights ago.

Please don't remind me of Georgia Tech v. Ohio basketball! One of my worst memories in my Ohio fan life. Subtitle: How to blow a 20 point half time lead in the second half of an NCAA tournament game.

On my iPhone from Braselton, GEORGIA!
