This would be huge.

Dare I say...  The MAC is back?

I've seen crazier things happen.

Almost. But we as a conference we not competitive in these games the last couple years. Things are looking up.

Cleveland State beats #7 Vandy at Vandy and Akron beats Miss St at their place. They don't seem to be afraid to go on the road above their head.

Ball State, Cleveland State and Akron are legit top 100 rpi teams this year. They should have very good years.

Ball State is gonna be pretty good. Billy Taylor is doing it right at the mental level getting kids to buy in....not too sure about the academics of the kids coming in over the last 3 years but their admission standards are surely Waaaayy below Ohio.

I said a couple of years ago pre crash the coaching changes save for Patton were all the right moves.

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

What caught my eye was Ohio Dominican over Southern Illinois.

It was a very good win for the Panthers. They lost a lot of close ones last year.

Unfortunately, they had to hit the road again and play at traditional D-2 power Southern Indiana the next day, and, lost.

I'm sure I'll get over to see Ohio Dominican this winter. Volunteer assistant Mike Fiebig is a Scioto alum and coach. And, we know soph guard Zach Joseph from hoops circles. Both are lights out shooters!
