Winning brings out the fans, as we saw tonight.  Few students, but a great turnout otherwise... Cannot wait to see the crowd Monday and the rest of this month.

I've seen crazier things happen.

Not a bad crowd tonight (3950 actual) at all.  I expected more students considering how many are already in town.  Here's to hoping the band, the bobcat bear and the full compliment of cheerleaders and dance team are in attendance Monday night.  It's time to rock the Convo.

If reported correctly, 5863 isn't bad!

RT @ I expect a good atmosphere. Tonight's crowd of 5,863 felt like a legit count. Marietta, NCAT and tonight all had above average Dec. attend.

Arkley can't count and it was not reported correctly but you know what, who cares.  It was a win and those who attended had a good time including Mike "on the floor in the black seats" Drake.

I was there, and it seemed like a 5000ish sized crowd to me.  People were scattered around a bit more than in some games.  Seemed a little less than Marietta, but not by too much.  Our broadcast crew also said it looked like a crowd of 5,000 or so.  Alan, where did you get your "actual crowd" figure?  Not saying it's not accurate, but it does seem low to me.  No, I'm not related to Tom Boeh.

I thought this crowd was smaller than the last game which was listed at 4600 and change.  I sit in section 3 behind the OU bench and from that perspective, thought the crowd was smaller than the last game hence 3900 and change. No way in hell were there 1000 more there than the last game.  But again, who cares because a win is a win and those who make up the attendance figures have to look themselves in the mirror each morning.

Or put it another way - was the Convo 45% full tonight?

I don't know, but you've posted about it three times tonight.

Amendment:  We will more than likely have a band there tomorrow night.
