You can see some of OUr lads getting better over the course of this season.

What I'm interested in now is whether we'll have somebody make the big leap (think Ivo last year).  We're 19 games in.  Will we have one or more guys for whom it all just kicks in?  Would love to see T.J. and Ricardo be these people.

Where's the band?!

Ricardo kinda reminds me of Troutman.  He was always right there on the cusp of greatness.  He was athletic and a fighter and Ric has both of those qualities.

Both Ric and TJ have improved over last year.  They are important pieces of the puzzle for this year's team.

I'm especially impressed with Ric's defense.  Intensity!!

defense is commentable.....but I like how he keeps the balls alive.....how many times against Fiami did we get rebounds because he got his hands on balls.

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Ricardo Johnson has become a critical part of the rotation this year. The three spot is far stronger this year on the defensive end with Johnson and Offutt. We are defending and getting in somebody's grill this year. We are a lot quicker because of Offutt, Johnson and Hall at the three.  Johnson's great defense lets Groce move Offutt to the 2 when Kellogg needs a rest.  Johnson  allows us to increase the pressure on defense and create havoc and turnovers. Smith just a sophmore is also starting to breakout. He is defensive stopper inside for us. Keely had a huge game vs Miami. Hope that will get him going.
