At first I wanted to argue that because OU won the head-to-head we should be in front.  But then that logic falls apart when I remembered the BG game.

I would argue that we should be in front because we beat them so soundly.   You can cite the BG game but the Beefs gave Miami their only MAC win.

True, but the last three wins, all at home, have been unimpressive. And Buffalo has two road wins to Ohio's zero.

Arguably through all this stuff.....Buffalo seems to be playing the best basketballin the league right now....Akron is head and shoulders above everyone as much pain as that is saying it is true. I watched them absolutley destroy BSU a week ago in which the last 2 minutes looked like a damn circus they were so far ahead....score does not reflect how well they played.

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Brian Walsh, transfer from Xavier, rally helps Akron this year.

I was a Walsh fan when we were recruiting him. Kid isn't flashy but he stretches the defense and does a bunch of little things that never show up.

the puzzling thing to me is why he never looked at us before transferring to Akron....at the end of the day....the degree is from Akron.....just saying.

The Bulls lead scoring margin by 1.5. Pretty significant.
