     I always had faith in this superstition until the Notre Dame Fighting Irish lost to BYU when Danny Ainge drove the length of the court for a layup over Orlando Woolridge as time expired on St. Patrick's Day . . . around 3 decades ago.

And Ainge has worn a clover ever since. Perhaps he had more Irish in him than the kids playing for ND LOL>
