Watching the LSU-Oregon game on ESPN.  The floor has a gold-ish base with brownish silhouettes of trees.  It looks like somebody spilled some kind of caustic liquid on the floor and the finish corroded.  Also, if the camera angle is just right, it looks like something's wrong with the transmission.  Must be strange to watch in person. "Like a mushroom trip gone wrong" according to one reporter:

Is that really your first time seeing it? Knight Arena opened in January of last year.

To be fair, it was quite a topic of discussion at the time.  Still hideous.

I would like to ask Evan someday how that bright spot iin the middle of the floor affects white balance and the auto retinae in the camera.

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Maybe the Convo floor should be made to look like the brick roads of campus...

I was in Eugene last summer and got to go inside Matthew Knight Arena.   To see the floor in person it really is pretty neat-the trees are much more distinct.  Then again I like all of the quirky things Oregon does and I know that they are not for everyone.

The Ducks had home games on FSN Ohio many times this year.....sadly more games on cable than the Bobcats.

Just put them on one end, then rotate the floor at halftime.

Think Oregon always tries to do things from the norm or even go over the top which helps everybody to talk about them because frankly most wouldn't even talk about their program if it was for Nike backing them and all the stuff they do to get attention.

Football they have done well the last couple of years, but everything else not so much.

Throw in a couple Natty and Keystone cases that blow like tumbleweed...

I've seen crazier things happen.
