No reason to think Ball State will trend upward, but I see potential in the RedHawks. Eastern is a little harder to figure out. OTOH, I thought Eastern looked pretty good vs. CMU at home last night. Kent State and Eastern could be the dangerous teams that could threaten to knock off Akron or Ohio in the tournament. I agree that Akron is currently playing the best hoops in the league.  As an Ohio fan, I hope that changes as the conference season wears on.
