Looking for tickets for Akron game.

My plans for the weekend freed up and now I am able to make it down to Akron for the game. I called the Akron ticket office and they are sold out. I checked TicketMaster and they are also out. I have read that the OU ticket office is also out. Does anyone have an extra 1-3 tickets available?

I can't imagine there is a big scalper market in Akron and I don't really want to drive down there just to not get in.

stubhub.com would be the first places I would go to find tickets. The problem is I just checked stubhub and they don't have any. Good luck on finding tickets.

About 5 years ago I bought a ticket for the Ohio/Akron game outside the JAR from some guy and the game wasn't even a sellout (although I think the following year it was on ESPN2 and was pretty close to being a sell out.)

I'm assuming the guy was an Akron grad since I gave him a $20 for a $10 ticket and got $30 back...no joke!

I have come up empty handed so far. I have decided that it is worth the risk; and we will be headed down to Akron around 3:30 to check out the local scene. If anyone comes across somebody selling a few tickets please email me at bobby.m.thompson at gmail.com

You can buy a ticket for the women's game beforehand and stay for the men's.
