Monroe College, where ndOUr is at, is in NYC. By all accounts, ndOUr will get JC All-American looks. There is Monroe County Community College in Michigan, between Toledo and Detroit, so there certainly are a lot of colleges with similar names to confuse someone, especially with two of them being in the state of New York. It seems MCCC in Michigan does not have athletics.
