Former Bobcat, James Kinney, has been suspended for the rest of the season.  This means his collegiate career is over. It all ends pretty much the way it started.  This is a huge loss for San Jose State.

"Before Kinney's suspension, the Spartans were 9-6 overall and 3-1 in the WAC. After losing all eight games without Kinney, the club is now 9-14 and 3-9 heading toward the Feb. 14 game vs. New Mexico State."

I'll tell ya where we'll go. Someplace warm. A place where the beer flows like wine. Where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. I'm talkin' bout a little place called... ATHENS.

He said he was suspended for missing an "academic meeting."

hmm. . . does that mean not going to class?  Wonder if it should be "academic meetings."  At any rate, we do wish him well in his future endeavors, be they academic or otherwise.
