OFFENSIVE WOWS

Just look at the stats:

.395 shooting in MAC
.427 Overall

.313 shooting 3's in MAC
.337 Overall

65.9 points in MAC games
70.6 Overall

Conclusion: Not a good shooting team? It's life in the MAC? Other?

Did you mean "Woe's"? Not much offensively that WOW's on a regular basis. It is enough to get the job done though, which is all I can ask for as an alumnus and fan.

One view: we are not that good--not that athletic, don't rebound well, don't shoot well--but we get much out of our talent.

Another view: We have the talent and skills but have stretches of non-performance. We'll solve this and be strong in the last part of the season.

I think that we are who we are. I don't see much chance for anyone to bust out with a big step up in their game. So, we'll be in every game but we fans will be on pins and needles pretty much through the final minute of every game.

Monroe, I think we're very athletic. I think we aren't as good as we'd like them to be. With this EMU game, they're gonna do everything they can to make this into a 1950's style of basketball, so this game can't be part of a comparison.

After the last two games, I figure I am as clueless as OHIO attacking a zone! Obviously that was OFFENSIVE WOES.

Athletic? Probably. But that doesn't equate to being skilled, or good at, basketball.

Do we have anyone who deserves mention as an All-MAC player in any respect (first, second, third team or honorable mention)?
