You're right, that happened in front of me. Ball went off Jon. I'm not saying he favored one team over another, he made bad calls both ways. He just seems very inconsistent in the way he calls things (over the backs, for example) and it really bugs me. And I'm not saying officiating cost us the win, Akron flat out beat us. I am saying that I hope I don't have to see Boroski and his deer-in-the-headlights face anytime again soon.

Akron is using what they have available to them and are on their way to domination the MAC. St Marys and GOnzaga have eaten into the recruiting base that was what was entirely the domain of the PAC10. I believe Akron is going to be a Gonzaga like entity if they stay on course. We can be happy with where we are and be happy to land MAC level talent and be a MAC level team or we can swing for the fences and control the destiny by reaching higher. I got to think Mr Alden had a great vision and would like to think that if we can not get out of this conference we should aspire to put some distance between us and the rest of the conference
