I wonder what kind of impact that being on semesters and spring break being this past week will have on students travel ing to MAC tournament?

I wouldnt think it would have an impact at all. They will be back to school this week

I think it will help.

Some people would pass on making the trip because they knew finals were upcoming and they needed to study.  I think the bigger impact is on the potential NCAA Tournament games...  The 1st rounds games were always during finals week, making it hard for students to travel or even celebrate wins in Athens.  Meanwhile, I think our Sweet 16 student crowd was helped last year because it was during Spring Break and a lot of students were road tripping anyway so they just added a stop.


I've seen crazier things happen.

And St. Patrick's Day isn't until Sunday, so the bar specials will still be available when they get back.
