2013 March Madness Tournament

 

Enjoy watching the NCAA Tournament, have a chance to win the pot,
and help the Nation's Capital Chapter raise $ for our Chapter's Endowed Scholarship.

We are offering a "Split the Pot" NCAA Tourney Pool.
*50% of the $ goes to our Chapter Fund!
*50% of the $ goes to the winner!

Deadline: Thurs, 3/21, 11 am
To Enter: send bracket picks to John Moore, johntmoore@hotmail.com
or deliver them in person at the NIT Gamewatch on Tuesday night.

Bracket: http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/tournament/bracket

Scoring system:
2md Round: 2 pts
3rd round: 3 pts
Sweet 16: 4 pts
Elite 8: 6 pts
Final Four: 8 pts
Championship: 10 pts
*also earn a bonus point for each upset picked (higher seed beating a lower seed) before the Final Four.


Cost: $10 each (you can enter more than 1 bracket)

How to pay?:
1. Attend NIT Gamewatch on Tuesday night and deliver it in person!
*Bonus prize awarded for doing so*
2. Submit entry via PayPal to: nationscapitalchapter@hotmail.com
3. Mail check (made out to Nation's Capital Chapter) to Robert Walter at:
1704 S, Edgewood St.
Arlington, VA 22204

Back to the thread.....Thanks to all you who put bracket challenges up here in one of the best years for brackets. Impossible to figure thisone out with seedss like Oregon being undervalued and UCLA being overhyped. Davisson is a sleeper but has a bad draw.....anyone really picking Akron?
