Randolph was terrific last night. He's still got it. Best hands in basketball and fundamental moves and strength near the hoop. Here's something that surprised me. Chris Webber is a very fine color commentator. My impression had been the no-timeout-but-called-one-anyway in the NCAA title game and I didn't particularly see smarts in his NBA career (though he was a very good player). His insight and way with language have very much impressed me.
True. But everyone except probably one would take him over Splitter. I'll bet that Randolph shows up pretty significantly before this series is over. Gotta love Popovich's teams: They play to about the maximum of their talent and they play poised. I really like Kawhi Leonard. He's quiet but effective--a real find for Santonio.
Popovich can coach.
