Pulling out a win on the road and Stevie getting an And 1 at the end of the game is extra sweet

Wow that was stressful.

Stevie made a great drive at the end, but Ndour once again kept us in it.  Foul trouble a big problem yet again...I gotta think this is a point of emphasis in practice for JC.  Willis played better.

Survive and head home for a 3 game home stand.  Heidelberg is a snoozer but really exciting for the 4 game stretch following that with some solid teams.

Anytime you fight back and win it's a good thing - no matter who the opponent

Every team has games like this, and ours always seem to happen on our East Coast trips.  Russ & Rob said tonight: fight through it and get out of Balmor with a win.  Stevie has shown during the last year or so that he can be there in the clutch, and it was good to see ... uh, hear ... tonight.

We will get by.
We will get by.
We will get by.
We will survive.

There is so much quality talent out there that has created so much parity in college basketball that any road win is a good win.

Stevie was a great help, but also give N'Dour some credit he hit two threes in a row prior to fouling out.  They only credited one of the shots as a three.  We should have won by four.

Don't let one day define the rest of your life.

I feel that many, if not most games are won/lost at the foul line.  Sure looks like the case last night.  We did not win the game as much as Morgan St. blew it by shooting 14/30 from the stripe.

Further, we are giving our opponents far too many FT opportunities, compared to what what we get.  Opponents 140 free throws attempted, Ohio 99.

Bear in mind how the O$U game skews that number  (+30 attempts for them).  While it could be an issue, it's not as bad as those numbers suggest.

The second one was a two. For some reason Morgan State has the men's three point line almost the same color as the court.  The women's line is black and clearly visable but his foot was on the men's line.
