In reading the UTEP gambling story, I saw a photo of the tatt'ed up UTEP player - 1 of the 3 that got 'removed' from the team after the Feds got involved - I realize tattoos are more the standard than the norm these days with basketball and football athletes - however, a very notable tattoo on his upper arm included a picture of the outline with the numerals 740 - wow. Talk about not to be messed with. I couldn't tell if the tattoo below it was of his cat named Pickles or not. 
The players names are Moore and Ragland (I believe) both junior guards...curious as to if any of these kids went to high school in SE Ohio?

Ragland is from Chillicothe. One of the other guys is a 5th Year/Fake Grad Year guy from E.Wash.

that would be a mild understatement,
