THAT WAS A TERRIFIC GAME.

I LOVE THIS TEAM.

We have flaws but everyone contributed.

WHAT A GREAT, GREAT GAME.

That was an excellent effort. We got those loose balls, hit big shots and go key stops. Monster game from N'Dour. He ability to knock down shots, guard outside/inside, hit free throws, throw the hammer down and rebound might be a combination we haven't seen from a big. Hard to remember a player who did all that at the level he does. A matchup nightmare for MAC coaches.

Perfectly said. An imperfect team, but so much fun to cheer for. Heart, grit, resilience. I love this bunch.

That was the first "big time" b-ball game I've seen in the MAC in a long, long time.  Both teams went toe-to-toe from the opening tip and played an incredibly high-quality game for 45 minutes.  Outstandingly entertaining, and made even better by Ohio winning.  WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a lot to ask, but I hope Ohio can keep playing at this level.  They'll need it to avoid a letdown at WMU (who beat Toledo by 15 a month ago).

We will get by.

That is one of the most exciting basketball games I have seen in a long time.

NDOUR and Juice Brown went back and forth with huge baskets.

We had some very good performances outside of Ndour's double double beauty. NDOUR is a monster. Stevie dropped 24 and Kellogg almost had a double double himself with 9 assists! I could go down the entire roster and point to big plays from each guy.

This is a fun team to watch.

I've seen crazier things happen.

My nickname for Campbell:  Agent.  'cause when he establishes some real estate underneath, it's sold.  Ain't nobody else got a claim on it.

Yea, Campbell goes about 260 right? Tuff to move that kind of weight around in this league.

N'Dour is MAC proof.

Really some great stuff today. Wilkins, Campbell, and Smith all were key cogs in this W. All played their roles almost flawlessly.

What a day at the Convo.....Wow!

Lets give Bean some credit too. I think he made good decisions and played good defense today, and the two shots he hit were crucial

Did you see the three turnovers in 7 minutes plus the lead we lost in the first half while he was in.

Can we trade him? His upside looks to never have a chance to overcome the downside. The momentum swing to Toledo in the second half was pretty much 100% due to Bean.

Watching that Youtube clip of the end of the game makes me appreciate Stevie that much more. I know he has his faults with his showmanship and unsportsmanlike showcases sometimes but I have to admit that I will take it when we get to watch such an exciting, confident point guard. We need to embrace that he loves this school and he loves this team.

This team, and this year in the MAC is so representative of many many years of MAC basketball going all the way back to my hooping days!  (trust me, a long time !)    This team can play with everyone in the league and come out on top when they bring their intensity for 40 minutes!  This team can also be beaten by anyone in the league when they do not!
So far this year, they have been able to ratchet things up when they have fallen behind some teams, and grab some come-back wins.  This is a quality that we have seen the last two years with J.C's teams, and his ability to challenge his kids to "find" their best effort, even after the game has already started !  A major difference in our program that is there for everyone to see, in our games and in our practices.  The word "chemistry" comes to mind.   This team has it.  They like each other, especially on the court, and they share the basketball.  This is fun to watch!   Will we win the regular season?  Can we compete and win the tourney ?   Can we beat Western Michigan on their home court ? ?

The Toledo game was so much fun that it actually made up for the frustration of the BG, EMU and CMU games combined. I wish everyone played defense like Toledo.
