Trey's little sis signed her letter of intent on Friday

http://eastmoorgbasketball.com/2015/11/13/amani-burke-sig... /

Recruiting analyst Zach Fleer of 270hoops.com called her the MVP of the Columbus City League preview this weekend.

Welcome, Amani, and have a great senior season at Eastmoor.

and now, the backstory on Meche'la (why we couldn't put this in the release, I have no idea).

Notice that the release says nothing about her junior year.

During her outstanding soph season, Meche'la was gaining interest from a number of power conference schools. At some point, according to online reports, she committed to WVU.

Then, in August of 2014, she tore her left ACL. She missed the entire high school '14-15 season. I do not how much, if any, of the '15 summer season was missed.

I am surmising that after the injury, WVU moved on. The local papers will run their HS preview stories soon, so it will be interesting to see how she's recovered.
