Good night for catching up

Belmont up. Bradds 6 for 6 1st half

Illini just keeping up with Providence (best shooting gym in the NCAA according to shooters I know)

Carolina /Wofford still close but looking for NC to take off the 2nd half.

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer.....

The game loves and rewards those who love and reward the game

BG hanging with Bearcats. Is BG one of the MAC schools doing their own broadcasts? The announcers look like they're about 20 years old.

I like this thread idea. Let's keep it going day by day.

Just turned on Akron-Arkansas on ESPN3. Akron had a 10 point lead but Razorbacks are catching up. Isiah Johnson is more mobile in the halfcourt than I remember.

Beefs got socked by St. Joe's. Blown out in their first two games against D1.

Anyone catch UCF-UC Irvine? 7'6'' Mamadou N'Diaye vs. 7'6'' Tacko Fall.

Zips get it done 88-80. Razorbacks haven't lost to an unranked non-con team at home in a long, long time.

They sounded about that old, and that inexperienced.

The Bearcats are deep, and seem to be as talented as any team Mick as ever had. What I love about them is that they always play defense. My single favorite season of hoops was 2011-12 when we were excellent with Groce, and Mick's 'Cats were good as well. Both played tough D, and uptempo. I think this UC is like that. They'll be fun this year.

Actually, there is going to be a lot of good basketball in Ohio again this year - early on, UD, X, Akron all look very good also.

Credit Borna for this last year as well. I like talking hoops with this group outside of OU Basketball as well.

Very interesting. I have no idea how Arkansas is this year, after losing Portis.

Regardless, that's a damn good win for the league, and Akron's RPI.
