Kiyanna Black: 2nd in 3 pointers made (100)

Jaaron Simmons: 3rd in assists (7.7)

Tony Campbell: 23rd in rebounds (9.9)

Tony Campbell: 27th in field goal % (60.1)

Kiyanna Black: 47th in points per game (18.5)

We can support them all this weekend along with Caroline Mast.

Go OHIO

P.S. I noticed the NCAA lists Tony at 6'8" where Ohio has him at 6'10". I'm betting 6'8" is correct but I really don't know. Anyone?

6'8" at best. Here's what I use as a point of reference. Everyone thought Trent was huge but when he got to the NBA he was pretty small compared to those guys.

Yeah...maybe 6'8" and maybe not quite 6'8". Stood behind him in the concession line at the Western Michigan game back in October and 6'8" seemed like a stretch.

Dartis is 52/112 sitting in 30th place on the 3 ball list percentage wise. He will break every OHIO record behind the arc. Guaranteed. Has a system and a PG who is looking to distribute. Shooters dream.

SHould be noted that Tony is 43.8% as well. that is top 75 in the country from the guy folks continue to ask why he won't stay on the block and "play like a 6'10 player is supposed to"....

The system inverts itself and has bigs drifting out...that is why it works...also creates mismatches inside as well.

Both of these are going down Dartis will get there easily currently at .457 and TC at .446 for the season and TC at .374 and Dart .457 career

THREE-POINT FIELD GOAL PERCENTAGE Seasonr
1.Tommy Freeman (2009-10).477
2.Jason Grunkemeyer (1996-97).474
3.Rush Floyd (1990-91)467
4.Steve Esterkamp (2001-02)444
5.Rush Floyd (1991-92)443
6.Tommy Freeman (2010-11)436
7.Nick Kellogg (2010-11)435
Jaff Halbert (2005-06)435
9.Dave Jamerson (1989-90).432
10.Nick Kellogg (2011-12).427

THREE-POINT FIELD GOAL PERCENTAGE Career
1.Tommy Freeman (2008-11)443
2.Nick Kellogg (2011-present)411
3.Dave Jamerson (1986-90)419
4.Dan Aloi (1991-92)407
5.Nick Kellogg (2011-14)398
6.Mychal Green (2005-06)395
7.Steve Esterkamp (2000-03)394
8.Jaff Halbert (2003-06)392
9.Javarez Willis (2013-15)387
10.Jaivon Harris (2001-04)385

Pretty head stuff ...I believe shooters are getting better after a decade of decline...if the NCAA can keep cleaning up the game and players/coaching adjust from the game that rewards physicality over skill I think these numbers will improve over time. Having a PG that looks to facilitate is a key as well. Simmons numbers are gonna be there for 3 years. Good stuff.

Tony also sits at #6 in Hollinger's college basketball PER (Player Efficiency Rating).

Look for freshmen Dartis and Block to shoot at or near 90% from the foul line for their careers. Dartis currently sits at 90% and Block was just below that before missing 2 or 3 free throws late last Saturday v. UB. I believe Dartis shot close to 90% as a h.s. senior.
