For years we have got a suite for a full day of hoops. Seen a lot of college and pro players come through here over the years. No better reason to get up and be at le peep in downtown Indy at 7 am to share breakfast and talk basketball. So lucky to have a wife who is more adamant about ball than I.4 games in the suite for 75 bucks with TV to keep track of effort eight progress. A slice of heaven https://plus.google.com/103684390055483370361/posts/arQgK...

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer.....

Who stands out in your mind through the years that you saw play?

Ever Sonny Troutman or Walt Offutt?

Borna, What do you think of the class of seniors in Indiana this year? Could give us a quick recruiting thread on who the class of 16 is in Indiana, and who is going where ?? Am particularly interested in who you see as possible "mid-major" sleepers, or "finds". I have heard Ball State has a very good point guard sitting out this year and has recruited another good player also. Do you have a short list you could share with BA'ers ?

Neither ever made state finals. Walt's WC teams did not make it out of sectional as they were insectionals with Mike COnley and Greg Oden then hit Eric Gordon/Josh McRoberts/Jeff Teague in Regional. Bassett put up 25 in first half of semi state vs Oden/Conley but never made the show.

The list of Indiana players to never make finals is pretty impressive. The ones I have seen include Jared jeffries/Sean May on Bloomington North ,George Hill/ McRoberts, Dominic james, COurtney Lee,Rodney Carney, Robbie Hummel, Eric Gordon, Jeff Teague,Jujuan Johnson ...and that's just off the top of my head that never made it out of sectional.Hundreds more in the same boat..pretty competitive.

The guys we have seen over the years that have made it to Finals is just as star studded. From Scott Skiles/Shawn Kemp era to Cody Zeller/Yogi Farrell/Bluitt, the line is pretty long
