Whoever makes it over to Muncie, cheer 'em on well! I went from planning to make a day of it on Saturday, to probably not getting to see anymore than half the game on Friday.

I may do that, or I may break certain rules of courtesy, and use the Watch ESPN app and burn a bunch of data. ;)

Apparently, they think it will be a disgrace if they lose to us.

Edit: Never mind, the disgraceful loss they are referring to is losing to Akron by 2 in Akron.

Being that this is a CBS Sports Network game, it won't be on ESPN3, right?

Game is pickem which surprises me. I would have thought Ball State would have been a point or two favorite at home.

In the "What the heck do I do with that?" category, Ball State is 4-1 against teams that beat us and 0-5 against teams that we beat.

On the verge of blowing yet another huge lead. It's bad enough that we go cold but we just flat out stop attempting to rebound.

I said this early in the season... No heart you all killed me on it....once again we have no heart or will to cutthroat. I blame Saul once again. He can be a great person but now I know why he wants his kids to graduate from Athens....he has no chance of staying. I hope I'm wrong but man this is pathetic again. Even if we win without defending Mac player of the year, I'm not sure I'm happy with this win after the way it started.

What we lose in these H2 meltdowns is composure and discipline.

I put that equally on:

1. Coaching: Head and Staff

2. Team Leaders: KK as a Senior, Simmons as the Captain and PG, as well as 2 year starters Block & Dartis

Well after a big lead a team does get lucky. I guess you think after the last possession they shouldn't have hit that last three. We shouldn't have left open a three at the end. We helped on defense to leave an open three point shooter... Great defense Ha we got lucky

GPro and LS:
With all due respect ( if it IS due), lay the heck off. I have been critical on this sight before of certain things. I just try to be fair. To say that our team has no heart, I find abhorring.
Saul knows more about his players/team than you or I could even fathom. This is coming from a coach who refused to listen to idiot parents who were sure that their child was bound for a division 1 scholarship.
You're tone sounds very much like them.
You are wrong.

Agree - They certainly have "heart".

Not sure who the "LS" is you refer to...but if you meant to type "RS". I stand by my comment about lack of "composure" and "discipline" in reference to coaching staff and players. Just watch the replays.......

I also think this can be improved, and as a Long Time fan And program supporter I am rooting for them to do that!

+1

I attribute a lot of the uneven play that we are seeing to the youth of this team. At one time tonight we had Carter, Culver and Block on the court at the same time. That's a lot of young fellows. Also, without Tony they are missing a real key cog. Frankly, I'm super impressed with Carter. He's got great inside moves; he's very tenacious; he hustles more than many other guys on the team; he has a very high basketball IQ; he is very athletic; and he seems to really like playing at OHIO and loves Saul system. I told my wife at the start of the season that I thought by his senior year he'd be an All-American.
