Saved the season all by himself that final minute. 20 wins book it.

well there was a JS dish wasn't there? A smart dish instead of going for the tough high off the glass?

edit - Nope - I was wrong - was thinking there was a dish from JS - KK dribbled to open space and hit the mid range shot!

KK had some critical rebounds over the course of this win.

Holy crap. That was stressful. Smart all around to not force something and move the ball elsewhere, then KK to take the good look when it was presented to him. And loved not calling a timeout. And loved hacking Taylor as soon as he got the rebound. Great execution all around in the final minute.

We are very very fortunate Lauf completely botched that put back attempt. He was all alone and had time but he rushed it into an awful awkward looking push of the ball instead of a shot.

With about 7:00 to go OHIO should have put their foot on the neck of Toledo, pushed it to 10 and cruised to victory. Couldn't pull it away and nearly lost the game. It doesn't matter I guess at this point. We've got the psychological 20th win and we're advancing to the semifinals.

Come on Uncle Wes...just enjoy the "W". Anything after this is gravy for this team and fans. Nobody thought we'd make it this far without Campbell...nobody. Drink a green beer and enjoy it!

way to go KK

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

Great game for KK . . . rebounds, steals and key shots.

I thought that was the best part of his game tonite. KK securing rebounds on the defensive end and keeping the O rebs from turning into points

never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

He also attacked instead of settling for 3s.

Yep putting the ball on the floor and getting to the rim with the little kiss was a beautiful thing

It's nice to win a game when Ohio shoots just 5 of 22 on 3s.

Exactly. I thought we were going to win going away after the early run to start the second half but hey, survive and advance.

Kenny putting the ball on the floor and taking smart, mid-range jumpers was reminiscent of good Ivo. You could tell some of the smart decisions he made were contagious and the whole team became more patient for good looks down the stretch.
