Billy Taylor kept his and it cost him a job. JG kept his, some say it was his downfall. IMHO being loyal is good unless you surround yourself with guys and fail to upgrade. Assts are hard to find to fill the holes you need filled be it recruiting, game planning, individual player developement, teaching shooting, game management, player management (think technicals at EMU), discipline or any or a myriad of things HCs need Assts to get done. It is truly a team there ar the top. Looks like the AD may have had a talk and COach needed to make some changes to keep the job. Many have the conversation and refuse to change horses. never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience. Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer.....
