I think we'll see soccer attendance increasing over the next decade, Atlanta United had a number of 70k+ games this year and averaged 50k+. Ok, maybe we won't see the Big House filled, but I'm willing to bet that in 10 years MLS will average the second most fans per game in American professional sports behind the NFL, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the fandom trickle down into the NCAA. I loved playing. Watching a game,that's another story. I'll "surf" games during the World Cup,but that's about it. Soccer has some exciting moments,but overall,the game moves a bit to slowly for me. I mean,its hard to get into a game where you time a "fast break" with a calendar. Yep, and the top 3 are all outdoor sports which have larger venues to allow for viewership. NBA and NHL are constrained by the size of venue. Apples to Oranges. In TV viewership, MLS is 5th of 5 in both viewership and revenue. But hey.
