Missed tackle and 78 yard gain. Then gashed all the way up the field the next series. Almost makes you think the old RowYourBoat offense is on the field against the Bobcats running over them.

They missed two field goals, didn't convert a third down the whole game, and still won. Disgraceful.

It won't make a difference but horrible clock management by WMU late. It's like they didn't realize Ohio had a timeout remaining.

We have been off almost all year. Couldn�t put many complete games together. Poor special teams, too many penalties at the worse time, some questionable QB play , etc.
But we still love them right?

How? We needed 2 or 3 turnovers from Parker, not the lone interception on the first possession.

As shared in the Miami game thread: Navarro has 8 interceptions (before tonight) on the year with 3 v. WVU, 1 v. BG, 1 v. NIU, 2 v. EMU and 1 tonight v. Miami (along with a lost fumble). All of those were Bobcat wins.

Dropped pass end of the 1st half was big. Make a simple tackle and its 3rd and long, up 13-10 with momentum and getting the ball back. Instead ...

Ohio football 2023 and 2025 seemed primed for big things; same for mbb 2024-25. Easier to be the underdog I guess.

It'll be fine as long as Oxford doesn't get to Detroit.

You act like the team is 3-7. This season is not done by any means. As to the future the last few seasons have been good sustaining in the portal envirnoment.

Look what we lost as far as player personnel.

WMU loaded up on the portal and their QB and running back room is pretty good as well as their D.

A few game changers from the portal should do the trick for us next year plus no more bitching about Parker.

Mediocre? Lose the next two games maybe.

You're right, we have so much ahead of us. We can finish 7-5 and play in a middling bowl against Troy. Oh, and that's with one of our best all-time backs and all-time quarterbacks. This feels like TT and Beau's final year. Disappointing and wonky. I seriously have no idea why Smith is trying to make Parker a drop back passer. But against Western he decided to run him when we haven't all year. Confounding. Parker was outplayed significantly by Lowry.

I was trying to be sarcastic. I�m with you 100%. It will be a challenge to replace this trio of Sieh, Parker and Chase although we did pretty good last year. With 2 positions.

The tackling was so bad. Really painful. That long run to set up the TD was as embarrassing as it gets. But in the end the defense did enough, the offense was terrible. We really can't throw the ball at all against Western Michigan?

This team just isn't last year's team. We are getting worse as the year goes on, last year was the opposite. Really disappointing overall.
