That was such a tumultuous time. I remember just a few days later Ohio University closed. I remember waiting for my parents to come pick me up. Sitting in Frishes with the smell of teargas still in the air. As i recall there was a National Guardsman deployed at every parking meter! I wonder how the outcome would change if something like that happened today. No way soldiers would be shooting students. But if you look at the pictures,you could see that their weapons weren't loaded.
