Hopefully TT can teach him a little about acting with class. That would be real quality control.

I posted this in a previous thread but Baker's now head coach has a vastly different opinion -

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/25640606/baker-mayfiel...

Kitchens said he had no problem with Mayfield's actions.

"I don't understand what he did wrong, what the big deal is," Kitchens said earlier this week. "He's in middle of a football game in the NFL. I like guys that have a relentless pursuit of competition. I don't have a problem with Baker."

The tweet was a little confusing, saying that T2 was a GA at OU when Mayfield was there. I didn't know Mayfield was at Ohio. The University of Oklahoma should be referred to as "the U of O."

Nice promotion for TT, he goes moves from a scouting intern to a coach and he is now closer to Ohio U.

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

I was talking about the "stare down" not the thing this article referenced. Sorry for the confusion.

not to beat a dead horse and revisit the other thread about Baker, but he clearly plays with a chip on his shoulder and to me is like Paul O'Neill (sorry for the baseball analogy). If he's on your team (or a team you like), you love him. If he's an opponent, you hate him.

As a Browns fan, he's the most important player since Bernie. I hope he's put his beef with Hue in the past and moves on. By all accounts, his teammates love him and his work ethic.

Clearly, the Browns want to surround him with coaches that he likes and is comfortable with (and who can coach) and Tettleton fits that requirement.

Welcome to Cleveland, Tyler. TJ...then Tettleton....hoping Oulette is next.

Does anybody know what his responsibilities will be? I don't think I've ever heard of a quality control coach?

The NFL has plenty of quality control coaches and lots of asst. position coaches. The NFL owners have plenty of money to spend.

On a related note, Chad Brinker was promoted last year with the Packers.

His recovery from the Brain Cyst his Junior Year, and moving to fullback his Senior Year and rushing for over a 1,000 yards that year was inspirational.
