I wonder if any of the media would like to have a re-vote on the pick to win the MAC. I don’t see how OHIO could have been the pre-season selection.

They saw this team that’s dominating UVA after a horrible start

Last time I checked, college football is a 60-minuet game, but I like your optimism.

We're maybe the fourth best team in the East. What a horrible job so far from the coaching staff.

Akron beat Northwestern and probably would have beat Nebraska if the game wasn't cancelled.
We have our work cut out for us until we get this defense straightened out

Cincy is a big challenge and UMASS put up 50+ points against us last year. Their QB returns.

What's more troubling is that this team came out flat in each of the first two games, so it wasn't just the change in travel plans caused by Flo. It's more systemic than that.

What's encouraging is that Rourke gained confidence as the game went along. I had expected Maxwell to replace him when it was 35-7 but Solich stayed with him and it paid some dividends. Also, the defense stopped giving up so many big plays and gave the offense some decent field position. But this kind of stuff has to happen for 60 minutes, not 32.

We will get by.
We will get by.
We will get by.
We will survive.

Who would have thought that Nebraska might need to play that game against Akron during Championship game week to even have a chance to be bowl eligible. You know if Akron isn't playing for the MAC title themselves.
