daughter of one of Ohio's more successful coaches, Jim Park, who retired after the season. Team lost in regional D-II finals last year. Lauren led her squad in kills as soph and was named All-Ohio second team by state coaches association. Big sis Cara will play for Akron next season.

Seems like a good grab for Deane and his crew, looking forward to seeing how the future shapes up.

Interesting that her dad will not be her coach, while she is still playing at the high school.

He might want to watch his older daughter play. That would be hard to do with the coaching commitment.
