Liberty probably felt they didn't need to report sexual assault if she was dressed inappropriately or was flirting - "was that wrong, should we not have done that? I tell ya I gotta plead ignorance on that..."

Of course they are saying they are picked on.

So-called (cough-cough) "Liberty"

Why am I not shocked?

Greencat, I need advice for my son, a high school junior. His college choice is coming down to Liberty or Grand Canyon U. Which is the better choice?

Has he looked into Penn and/or Harvard too so he can reach a well rounded, comprehensive decision?

Based on location, I would go with so-called "Grand Canyon" even though it is actually over 200 miles from the Grand Canyon.

Has he considered Bob Jones U. - ?

This offers a rather interesting perspective:

No. But knowing his dad is a lifelong Fighting Irish fan, he's looking into Notre Dame College (in Cleveland).

quote:

"Notre Dame College will end in-person instruction at the end of Spring Semester 2024. Current NDC students can continue their education at nine partner colleges and universities beginning with the 2024-25 academic year."

Would he settle for Case Western Reserve?

It's non-religious and highly academic.

Sorry greencat. All of the above was tongue-in-cheek. I knew your affinity for Liberty and Grand Canyon U. and played that. I also knew ND College was closing. Thanks, however, for your sincere good intentions.

Ohio University in Athens is the early odds-on-favorite for my son's college choice.

I thought Notre Dame closed years ago. I guess they managed to scrape by for a while.
