Keep pounding the rock, averaging 7 yards a rush on the ground. Get back to the bread and butter to open up a few more shots to the receivers. UNLV won’t be able to handle the repeated blows on the ground and will wilt

My guess is portal. Didn't he enter then pull out last year?

That came out wrong...

What’s the line in Vegas for ESPN showing UNLV’s OC? Gotta slam the over on whatever that is lol

Ackerman came in and leads us with 5 tackles plus the fumble recovery. Impressive freshman.

The question remains, why?

I wouldn't think he has any eligibility left to enter the portal. But in 2025, he might have another 3 or 4 years left to play.

I always thought former ND OC Tommy Rees had the record for most TV exposure from his place in the press box. That might be in jeopardy after tonight.

I believe due to precedent set by Diego Pavia, JUCO no longer counts. Tank played 3 seasons here after 2 in JUCO, so I guess he could have 1?

It's almost like the defense wants to make a statement that they want Hauser to be the coach.

UNLV OC is Corey Dennis, aka Urban Meyer's son-in-law. Color commentator is Steve Addazio, former fellow Florida assistant under Meyer along with Dan Mullen.

Yeah! In several respects! Made for a good laugh, though! LOL!!

That last catch puts Chase up over 1,000 yards this season.

His current 1,037 is 3rd all-time. 71 receptions is 4th all-time.

Bravo, Young Man.

Dellenbach just absolutely hammered that 45 yarder home, it would have been good from 60.

If Hauser can get that out of him, I’ve seen enough. Hire him.

Maybe John pulled someone out of the stands and gave them Dellenbach’s jersey?

Bizzaro world. That FG would have been good from 55.

Yeah I know they all have ties but still this is extremely slanted…poor broadcasting on their part

Did we beat Steve Addazio at some point? He hasn’t liked any penalty called against UNLV.

Yes. He was at Temple for awhile. Ohio beat him 35-31 in 2011. They didn't play in 2012.

I'm thinking he coached Temple when they were in the MAC and lost to Ohio one or more times.

He was personally victimized by Tremayne Scott, who played in a win vs. Addazio’s Temple team in 2011 (as well as 2 wins against Temple the previous two years before Addazio got there.)

Old-fashioned Midwest physical dominance. Absolutely loved what I saw.
