This is the very definition of passive aggressive. You want to point out that you're right, others were wrong, but without any evidence, and you certainly don't want those the actual points made to be resurfaced.

Last paragraph indicates that this judgment might be temporary. If so, back to square one. This all far from being sorted out. I believe this whole new paradigm is a house of cards that sooner or later is going to collapse on itself.

And who wouldn't want to brag about everything they've accomplished in college athletics these days?

Obviously, college athletics are in fantastic shape. Nobody has any complaints at all, there's not an overwhelming sense that they're on the verge of collapse, and that the system's broken.

So everybody who has been a part of that should definitely brag about it and take a bow. Job well done.
