Yeah that hurts but we have a talented wr recruiting group.

Dorwart and Pugh return.

The portal abides.

Hendricks was a stud and will definitely be missed. But he put his time in here and is well deserving of the nil money that is likely out there for him now. Are we thinking he's starting caliber at most big ten and sec level schools?
I am guessing he can be the starting slot receiver at 75-85% of schools in the country. He doesn’t just run good routes and have great hands, he puts in the work blocking.
CBS Sports rates him the current #2 G-6 player in the portal. ON3 gives him a NIL value of $406k

This in a microcosm is what's wrong with college sports these days. We are Double AA and the P4 are AAA farm teams.

Looks like we smacked Anthony Colandrea around enough to make him hop in the portal again.

Harris graduated. No hard feelings. Though is he making any better of an impact somewhere "bigger"?

Bit of a surprise, because without Chase hes the clear #1 on a team that has strung together three straight 1K receivers. Two had NFL tryouts. One is currently in the NFL. And Chase will have his chance.

Hopefully Dom is salivating. Next man up.

Proud of the job Chase did for us but also remember that we got Coleman Owen and Sam Wiglusz through the Portal. Stand Up and Cheer.

Yeah, our offense tends to focus on the X. I expected Harris to move over just as Hendricks did and put up big numbers.

Max Rodarte previously played juco ball, thus per the "Diego Pavia" ruling should he not get another year even if he did play in 4 games this season before the injury?

Let’s hope so.

I didn’t mention him since I wasn’t sure of his status.

Don't be surprised if Spetic ends up at Ohio State. They need a K and he's a NE Ohio guy.

I’d say our committed K hasn’t signed because he’s waiting on other things to shake out. Just a guess he is waiting on Feb signing period for a reason. And that is nothing against us, our program or Coach Hauser.

Ohio probably needs to just take someone from the portal. They can't risk having another year without a kicker.

I just figured he was going to follow his coach to Arkansas.

Maybe we can get Ohio State's backup kicker that they bizarrely refused to use. He went 26/34 for his career at Ball State, with all but two of those misses coming from 50-plus yards. He also went 54/56 on extra points. Jackson Courville is his name.

I haven't heard that he's in the portal, but if he couldn't get on the field for them through that mess...

We definitely have to be in the market for WRs and TEs in the portal. Gotta get somebody in those spots.

WR room kinda deep but another one wouldn’t hurt.

TE for sure.

I am exhausted dealing with this portal BS and I don't even have to manage the situation.

It has become too easy to see a kid come in and know he is here 1-2 years and gone. I was surprised Williams came back after being named a FR All-American. We have (3) redshirt FR TE's on the roster. Segarra is the only one close to the size of Williams at 6'6" 254 lbs. I do not see any of his HS stats in his bio. Good size though.

Does anyone know what impact the GM (Logan Meyer) had on this year's program? Listed as our first GM but wasn't even here for a year (started on 1/6/2025).

Not a loss. Not a Hauser guy. Replaceable.

It’s terrible timing though, and not good that’s he going to a conference rival.
