So I’m sitting here tonight watching the presser video of John Hauser for the South Alabama game, and the whole time I’m listening, I keep asking myself, where have I heard this voice before??? And then it hits me….. Lieutenant Dan (Gary Sinise) from Forrest Gump!!! I mean I can’t unhear the comparison now. I can’t be alone in hearing this, can I? LOL

I think we now know the real reason the Cats pulled out the win on Saturday....socks! With so much rain it had to be the socks.

Coach Hauser in the pregame:

"There is an item of Bobcat that can be the difference a live player and a dead player: socks, cushioned soled Adidas white or black, try and keep your feet dry while we're out playing I want you to remember to change your socks whenever we stop, rainy games will eat a player's feet right off his legs."

Right before the game I bet he said:

Alright players...three things...

1) Take good care of your feet and...

2) Don't do anything stupid, like fumble the ball...

3) Defend The Frank!
