Ohio is showing interest in Xenia HS shooting guard Samari Curtis. Ohio has been to his high school and he has visited Ohio. He currently has offers from Akron, Cincinnati, Toledo, and Wright State. In addition to Ohio, he has visited UC and has plans to visit Ohio St. and Dayton.

I'm surprised we have not offered yet. This guy is an offensive dynamo. He led a D1 conference in scoring as a sophomore: http://gwocsports.com/bkPlayerStats.aspx?player=398037

This one took a weird turn. Ended up signing at Nebraska, now in the transfer portal already.

I'd say "unbelievable", but in reality, it's quite believable in the current day and age. I wonder what the reason was, and where he'll end up.

First thought I had was he'll come back to a school in Ohio. The second thought I had was Dayton.

Best would be here, but that's unlikely, so better UD than that X school. ;)

Very strange to me. Leave the B1G halfway through the year, to go to Evansville? I just assumed UD, XU, or another close to home option.

Evansville doesn't even have a stable head coach situation ATM.
