Second Team All-Ohio Kicker in Division II. First team All-county soccer player as well.

Some much needed competition in the kicking/punting.

While we could use a leg that's good from longer distances, if our snap/hold issues aren't resolved it won't matter.

Maybe we should recruit a long snapper?

I like what his coaches said about him.

“In the future there’s a good chance he’ll be playing football on Sunday.”

The Bobcats lost the long snapper to injury the opening game vs. Syracuse. Holloway should return for fall camp.

Anyone know how accurate this kid is with the deep ball? On Twitter they were saying he’s made something insane like 260+ consecutive PATs in high school and he hit a 50 yarder in the video. That’s nuts for a high schooler, how did he end up here?

If he’s anything like Zervos, that might become true. Could be the legend of Zastudil that got him here.

Maybe someone in the recruiting know can answer, but are most teams offering scholarships to kicker prospects right away? Or do many go with preferred walk-ons?

When an NFL team drafts a kicker or punter, some people aren't so welcoming to the idea. Lots of Bengals fans groaned at drafting a kicker in the fifth round this year. Like dude, have you been watching our kicking in recent years? Do you understand how many NFL games are close? Then the guy nails a walk-off winner in his first game and later buries three 50+ yarders in one game on the road.
