I haven't seen it what Ohio's says yet in regards to that, but am very curious about it. As far as Steele: I think he was waiting for Ohio to get over the hump for about as long as we all were. Toledo (+300) is the favorite, with Miami (+375), Northern Illinois (+400) and Central Michigan (+450) pretty close to the same odds. Then a big drop to Kent State (+900), Western Michigan (+1200), Buffalo (+1400) and Eastern Michigan (+1600). Most years, there's a team projected in the middle tier that surprisingly pushes for the title. Gotta hope it's us. East looks subpar this year aside from Miami. Got curbstomped by bad teams. Were basically a no show against a weak BG team. The likely starting QB has been given blind loyalty because of what his brother accomplished. Most FCS teams have better talent at the position. My expectations are as low as ever. I didn't experience the 80s or 90s but Knorr ball wasn't too far off that and I got a snootful. The Frank era may have been as good as it will ever be here. But I want to hit reset and bring in a whole new regime at this point-I don't think it would get much worse. We're closing in on 20 years of the same brand and its getting stale. If it's a repeat of last year and TA isn't show the door, I think the AD needs to go, too. There is nothing that happened last year that gives me confidence in this season. When you add the current trends in college football, my interest is at an all time low for the sport.
