congrats to marietta for bring home the national championship this year. Nice to see some news all ohio fans can be proud of.

Why would we care about Marietta? They are entirely too close to being on our level at the moment. It's no longer "good job little D3 brother!" it's "oh look, little D3 brother went on a growth spurt while we sat on our butts for a decade and got fat and slow."

Nice job!!!   always so eager to find something negative to say about Ohio athletics!!!!   I went to a few games over the last decade,,, didn't see many fat or slow players.

Yeah, and Marietta and Ohio are not actually blood related either. If you are going to call me negative and what not can you at least learn how to read?

If you aren't complaining or a little upset with the status of this program, you apparently don't care about winning that much. 

If you come on here and think everything is great and going well, then you either A) don't care about winning, B) some sort of deep connection with the players/coaches.

I personally want to see a winning team and championships come back to Athens.  I want to see this team play in a NCAA Regional.  I just want this team to win so bad, that I'm getting a little frustrated with the losing.  That's all anybody wants for this team and it sounds like Donuts feels the same way.

Give me some positives that are related to winning championships since 1997.  I would really like to hear them.

I got blasted for saying Marietta was a quality baseball program that has produced more MLB players in the last 30 years than Ohio.
