It's not surprising if you didn't know this since the OHIO Athletic site gave it so little attention:

Last weekend, at the prestigious FloTrack Husky Classic in Seattle, Juli Accurso blew  away the field in the 5000 meters winning the event with a time of 16:05.59, smashing the OHIO University record by an incredible 17 seconds. Her nearest competitor was nearly 6 seconds behind.

Curiously, I went to the MAC website to see what they had. She is not even mentioned. But I did find a list of the top 20 runners times this year in the MAC in the 5k. Jill is not even listed even though her weekend victory is 43! seconds faster than the no.1 runner they have listed.

Her results are finally up on the MAC site but they have her listed as a freshaman .

Also her time in the 5k is an NCAA automatic qualifier!

She's headed to the NCAA championships in Idaho this upcoming weekend to run the 5k.  Congrats on the success this year Juli!
