He gave up just 1 hit with 3 strikeouts in 2 innings. He didn't pitch his freshman year (he hit .301) and started pitching instead as a sophomore. It seems like he's really got it figured out now. What kind of velocity does he have? Did he add a 3rd or 4th pitch? Wonder if he has the weapons to be stretched out a bit more. Nice win last night despite the Terd not being very good. Only struck out 3 times and walked 6 - Love that trend this year more than anything else.
