Bart Miller is gone as offensive line coach.
That didn’t last long, but seems he did an okay job based on offensive production at least.
Sorry didn’t see Ted’s.
Anyway seems we’re not in the old stable situation anymore.

Coaches who have left who still have jobs
Gdowski-Vanderbilt
Johnson-Colorado State
Perkins-tampa Bay-now at Colorado State since 2/6/19
Grooms-Vanderbilt - now Asst. AD football
I’ve forgotten a few-any additions?

2 of those probably have 1 more year. And you forget the fact that all of them made 100%+ more, and none have been hurting for employment.

I’m not saying anything about what they made when they left. I don’t blame them for leaving for big salary jumps. They’ll probably eventually land on their feet, but if they’re out of work long, that’s not good.

Where have the fired ones landed?

I think there’s a good chance all of the Vanderbilt and Colorado State people may be gone after this year. We’ll see.

Agree. I could never handle the uncertainty of that lifestyle.

I was curious about Kevin Lightner who had lost his job a few years ago. Apparently, he is now an assistant for a team in Japan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujitsu_Frontiers ). Not sure if that was his first choice or more of a "I need a job" choice...but interesting!

Yeah, he’s on his 4th year over there. He is the only one of our departed coaches who was on a staff that’s been released that is not in DI football. Heck, look at where Knorrs staff is, they all may be sending Christmas cards to Boeh for firing them.
