Gdowski will replace Andy Ludwig, who left last month for the same position at Utah.

There were rumors a few weeks ago that Albin was a target for either OC or the enigmatic concept of "co-offensive coordinator."

My take: If Vandy really wanted Albin to move from Athens to the hustle and bustle and traffic and crime of a city as well as the scrutiny SEC coaches go through, they should have ponied up big and offered the position as offensive coordinator without the "co-" BS.

Filling Gdowski's now vacated position as QB coach is next up... and NO they are not going to consider Jay Cutler as a few ridiculous VU fans have suggested.

OK... more specifically, what kind of offense did Gdowski run when he was in Athens? Did he do actual play calling? That was before the onslaught of ESPNu and CBSsn mid-week MAC televised games.
