Bowl game results so far...

Ohio 27 San Diego State 0

Utah State 52 North Texas 13
Tulane 41 Louisiana 24
Fresno State 31 Arizona State 20
Georgia Southern 23 Eastern Michigan 21
Appalachian State 45 Middle Tennessee 13
UAB 37 Northern Illinois 13
Marshall 38 USF 20
FIU 35 Toledo 32
BYU 49 Western Michigan 18
Wake Forest 37 Memphis 34
Army 70 Houston 14
Troy 42 Buffalo 32
Louisiana Tech 31 Hawaii 14
Minnesota 31 Georgia Tech 10
TCU 10 Cal 7 OT
Duke 56 Temple 27
Wisconsin 35 Miami 3
Baylor 45 Vanderbilt 38
Auburn 63 Purdue 14
Syracuse 34 West Virginia 18
Washington State 28 Iowa State 26
Florida 41 Michigan 15
Virginia 28 South Carolina 0
Nevada 16 Arkansas State 13 OT

What if next Saturday Ohio were to play one of those bowl teams on a neutral field and what if Ohio were to play as well as it did against Buffalo and San Diego State, in your thinking, which of those opponents would almost certainly beat the Bobcats?

Of course, it depends on how the other team plays, but I would guess 7-8 of them including 5-6 of the last 8.

I have to agree, CB66. If they play they did in their respective bowl games, then I’d say for sure Syracuse, Washington State (WSU’s QB would carve up Ohio’s secondary), Auburn and Florida. Wisconsin would probably beat Ohio but I don’t think I’d say “for sure”. Same with Army. I’m not sure Ohio can stop Army’s ground game.

I’d love to see Ohio have another shot at Virginia; the results may be different.
