Now we're seeing the pendulum swing back. Wouldn't surprise me if in a few years some of the South Green dorms went private or were converted for other uses, like hotels or maybe a medical facility. Unfortunately, the son was killed in an auto accident and the father quickly exited the investment. It was ultimately sold to the university.
